Answer with explanation:

→The Triangles whose Angle measurements are 30°-60°-90° is called Right triangle as one of the angle have measurement equal to 90°.

→For these kind of triangles , a set of pattern is  followed by the sides which is called Pythagorean triplet.

→ The Pythagorean triplet is

 m²-1,2 m, m²+1, where m can take any real value.

For example , take , m=3

→m²-1=3²-1=9-1=8

→2 m=2×3=6

→m²+1=3²+1=10

You must be thinking what is Pythagorean triplet .In a right triangle longest side is called Hypotenuse ,and smaller two sides are called Altitude and base respectively or vice versa.The rule followed by sides of triangle is

⇒(Hypotenuse)²=(Altitude)²+(Base)²

As you can see that numbers which follow Pythagorean Triplet is

⇒(m²+1)²=(2 m)² +(m²-1)²

As explained in the example

→10²=8²+6²

Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

8

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation is of the form

y = kx ← k is the constant of proportionality

To find k use the slope formula

k = ( y₂ - y₁ ) / ( x₂ - x₁ )

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (0, 0) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (2, 16) ← 2 points on the line

k = \frac{16-0}{2-0} = \frac{16}{2} = 8

What is the percent of change from 50 to 23?
Taya2010 [7]

Answer:

50 is the old value and 23 is the new value. In this case we have a negative change (decrease) of -54 percent because the new value is smaller than the old value. Using this tool you can find the percent decrease for any value.
