How do you solve this problem in the photo?
Klio2033 [76]

Answer: 5^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the base are all the same, you will add the exponents and let the exponents stay the same.

5^3 * 5^4= 5^7 * 5^-5= 5^2

Answer:

$55.93 or rounded up is $56

Division

First, we would divide 15.98 by 2 to see how many dollars would a bag cost.

15.98 divided by 2 = $7.99

Multiplication

Then, we would multiply by 7 to see how may dollars would it cost for 7 kg bag

7.99 times 7 = 55.93

Round-up

If we round it up, we get $56.

Evaluate the numerical expression
[18 Divided by (2 x 3)] x 4
Nastasia [14]
P: parenthesis
E: exponents
MD: multiplication or division (whichever comes first left to right)
AS: addition or subtraction (whichever comes first left to right)

This is the order of operations. We will use this to solve the equation correctly.
We will start with the parenthesis. 2x3=6.
[18/6]x4
Next, we will do the rest of the parenthesis.
18/6=3.
This gets rid of the parenthesis (or brackets.) We will now do the rest of the problem, which is multiplying 3 and 4.
3x4=12.
12 is your final answer.

AssessmentA broad term used to describe a systematic process used to collect information.TestA systematic procedure for measuring a sample of behavior from a domain.MeasurementThe process of assigning numbers to some characteristic according to some specified rules.Item Difficulty for a test item scored incorrect (0) or correct (1) from a classical test theory perspectiveProportion of individuals out of the total number of individuals who answered the item correctly (40 students out of 100 answered the item correctly = .40; the bigger the number the "easier" the item).Item Discrimination for a test item scored incorrect (0) or correct (1) from a classical test theory perspectiveDegree to which an item differentiates people who score high on the total test from those who score low on the total test. Item-total correlation is one way of defining item discrimination. Similar to the research process, relationships based on theory between measures that the new measure should relate to and measures it should not relate to are tested.Reliability
