Power is the ability to use strength quickly. It involves both strength and speed.
telo118 [61]

Answer:

TRUE

Explanation:

Power is the ability to exert as much force as possible in the shortest amount of time. To put it simply, speed + strength = power. When it comes to power, you won't be able to lift as much weight as you would if you were focusing purely on strength. However, you will be lifting at a much higher velocity (speed) rate.
