A CBE also known as a clinical breast exam should ideally be performed by a physician or nurse practitioner, because there is a certain technique to check your breasts for lumps and masses. Women are encouraged to check their breasts at any time not just after their menstrual period for changes or if they find a lump that wasn’t there before. Then they could make an appointment and bring it to the attention of a professional to have it professionally checked, it is a good screening tool when done correctly but doesn’t hurt to do it yourself.

This is an answer from an adult woman not a book but it is what I was taught and it is to be true. Hope that helps

WHat method can a physician use to evaluate the status of a patient’s body composition
marta [7]

Answer

The method that a physician uses to evaluate the status of a patient’s body composition is: Body Fat percentage

Explanation

When a physician is interested in determining a patient’s body composition the observation is on establishing overall health and the likelihood of developing diseases in future. The body fat percentage is linked to many diseases as compared to other components of the body. Through investigating body fat percentage, the doctor could notice the distribution of the adipose which is important in knowing the type of disorder a person might develop. Other important measures that the doctor may measure are blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate though they do not indicate the body composition. The body compositions in terms of body fat amounts and distribution influences the cardiovascular system and the glucose control.

How does stress affect your nerveous system
Mumz [18]

Answer:

Anxiety can trigger your flight-or-fight stress response and release a flood of chemicals and hormones, like adrenaline, into your system. In the short term, this increases your pulse and breathing rate, so your brain can get more oxygen. This prepares you to respond appropriately to an intense situation
