A typical protein has four levels of organisation, which are primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary structures.
A mutation that result in the replacement of the side chain of an amino acid will affect the tertiary structure of the protein. This is because the tertiary structure of a protein is primarily due to the interactions between the R groups of the amino acids that make up the protein. If the tertiary structure is affected, the function of the protein too will be negatively affected because the function of a protein depend on its tertiary structure.

Which of the broad categories of resource use account for a disproportionate (or the largest) amount of your ecological footprin
enot [183]

The total productive areas in which a population, a person, or a product competes are tallied as ecological footprint. It gauges the ecological resources needed by a particular population or product to produce the natural resources it consumes (such as plant-based food and fiber products, livestock and fish products, timber and other forest products, and space for urban infrastructure), as well as to absorb its waste, particularly carbon emissions.

<h3>What is ecological reserve/deficit?</h3>

An ecological deficit happens when a population's ecological footprint exceeds the biocapacity of the space that population has access to. If a country has a national ecological deficit, it is either importing biocapacity through commerce, selling off its ecological resources, or releasing carbon dioxide waste into the sky. When a region's biocapacity surpasses its population's ecological footprint, an ecological reserve is created.

irina1246 [14]

The result which would be seen from a properly prepared negative control is nothing.

<h3>What is a Negative control?</h3>

This type of control  is used to test and ensure that in the absence of the antigen we do not still get a positive reaction.

Since proper aseptic technique was practised and there was no swabbing of the surface then there would be nothing seen in the properly prepared negative control.
