If you want to have a positive relationship with your supervisor the best way to do this is to be productive at work. Show them that you are hard working and reliable and responsible and they will respond in a positive way towards you. Supervisors want their workers to be good at what they do. There is nothing wrong with socializing with your supervisor and coworkers but you should try and keep the relationship as professional as possible as they are essentially your superior and you need to respect that position.
