Hihi!

Prescription drugs are prescribed by a doctor, OTC drugs are not! Prescription drugs are prescribed for and intended to be used by one person, OTC drugs are not! You have to buy prescription drugs at a pharmacy, OTC drugs come off shelves!

Which statement about regular exercise is NOT true?
12345 [234]
Hey there, thanks for asking a question here on Brainly.

A: To benefit from physical activity you should find one type of exercise that suits you best and stick to it. (This is true, but it does not answer our question. You should do a certain sport or exercise that you like in order to stick with it.)

✅ B: Your daily exercise doesn't have to be continuous, 10 minutes here and 15 minutes there can add up. (This is false and answers our question. Exercising every day for 60 minutes is encouraged in order to stay healthy.)

C: Exercise does not have to mean going to the gym for workouts and playing organized sports. (This is true. Some people like to exercise at home alone.)

Hope that helps! ★ If you have further questions about this question or need more help, feel free to comment below or post another question and send the link to me. -UnicornFudge aka Qamar
