I have been working with a lovely patient for many years. She is an elderly patient on a fixed income, with limited access to additional resources. For the most part, she is in great health. However, she does suffer from a chronic debilitating disease. I think she would be a great candidate for your free drug program as she has been a cooperative patient and responsive to other treatments. Her quality of life would include dramatically if she was offered participation in the free drug program. Please consider her application for approval.
