If we change the equation for the quadratic function form y=2x^2+3x-5 to y= -2x^2+3x-5 describe what changes in the graph.

First convert them to vertex form

first one is y = 2(x + 0.75)^2 - 6.125

2nd is   y = -2(x - 0.75)^2 - 3.875

the -2  will cause  a reflection of the first equation in the x axis . then a translation  down  of 6.125 + 3.875 = 10 units , followed by
  a translation of  -0.75-0.75 = -1.5 units to the right = 1.5
