</span><span>Negligent Operator Treatment System will input the list  of driving violators in a certain states and will keep a watchful eyes on those drivers so they do not do any actions that could endanger public.
This system will accumulate every 'red flag'  for every violations that listed drivers make and will suspend their driving privileges if they pass a certain limit.</span>
