Tecumseh and the Shawnees sided with Great Britain in the war of 1812 in which the forces in Canada successfully repelled the American invaders and he was allied with General Isaac Brock. Both men valiantly fought the American troops and both died in battle.

I believe the answer is: B. Great Britain

The war was caused by the will of the Tecumseh to separate themselves from Great Britain's rule due to their differing values. The war was revolved around the battle to control Great Lakes region of North America. This war become the initial war that started the sixty years war.
