These guidelines indicate that people should eat a lot of vegetables, whole grains instead of grains, include different proteins like seafood, avoid food with added sugar and saturated and trans fat and eat food that is low on salt. According to that, you should decrease the consumption of bacon as it is high on fat, salty snacks as they are high on sodium, wheat bread as you should limit the amount of grains and eat whole grains and sugary drinks as they have added sugar.

On the other side, you should increase the consumption of salmon as it is a protein and vegetables as they are healthy.
