I'm going to answer this based on context, so it may not be accurate, but it's how I feel.

Eduardo doesn't communicate with his partner. He gets frustrated. Then he's filled with resentment. His partner is unaware. The relationship most likely won't be good from this point unless Eduardo learns to communicate with his partner. Otherwise, the relationship will most likely be out the window in a while.

Depending on the person, many different things could work like meditation, talking to friends, maybe having some tea, taking a shower, going for a drive, having some comfort food, and so many other things that allow you to release endorphins and relax your brain. : D

Hi, i'm not completely sure I understand the question that you are asking. If you are asking for a medical condition that affects blood flow in the heart - Coronary heart disease.

This puts an increased strain on the heart, and can lead to: angina – chest pain caused by restricted blood flow to the heart muscle, heart attacks – where the blood flow to the heart muscle is suddenly blocked., heart failure – where the heart is unable to pump blood around the body properly. Which if untreated can lead to death.
