The government  must take care of the communities in a good and vice versa. Without communities, the government is nothing. Communities should be keen on good governance as it will affect them positively in all aspects. The communities pay for the government to do their job well. There is a certain relationship that needs to be addressed in a manner which both will be hand to hand to aim for success.
