I would best go with choice C) visualization because agility is related to speed and acceleration, and yes you can have strength with agility and u need coordination to be balanced and stay in place as if you were jogging, and visualization means to create or make mental pictures inside your head and that really doesn't go along with agility so that's why its C).
Well I do say from my studies and experience, that a warm up should be less intense than the exercise, because you don't wan't to workout to hard before getting to the main exercise, that's like having a huge appetizer then then main course meal. So my final answer would be C. Hope this helps
