The final temperature is 46.5°C.

<u>Explanation:</u>

As per the Charles law, the volume of a gas at constant pressure is directly proportional to the temperature which is measured in Kelvin.

So the equation for the Charles law is given as,

$\frac{V}{T} = constant

$\frac{V1}{T1} = \frac{V2}{T2}

Now we have to find T2 as,

$T2 = \frac{V2T1}{V1}

V1 = 736 ml = 0.736 L

T1 = 15 ° C

V2 = 2.28 L

Now plugin the values as,

T2 = $\frac{2.28 \times 15}{0.736}

    = 46.5°C

So as we see that as the volume increases, temperature also increased.

One mole of O2 has approximately the same mass as one mile of
stepladder [879]
I'm going to assume that you mean't mole instead of mile. One mole of O2 has approximately the same mass of one "mole" of N2. I say this because if these elements were rounded by their atomic mass, N would stay as 14, O would round up to 16, and we wouldn't; in this case, O2 would have approximately the same mass as F because F rounds up to 19 and the different between O and N is only 2 while the difference between O and F is 3.

A scientist thinks she has discovered a new element. She took some samples to her colleagues and they performed some tests. Here
nirvana33 [79]

Answer:

<em><u>Proton number of the supposed discovery debunked the theory.</u></em>

Explanation:

Proton number of an element is also its atomic number.

For the element in question to have had a proton number that wasn't 119, it could not have been a new element.

Furthermore, the characteristics described (proton number especially) describe exactly the Germanium element.

I believe this was helpful.
