What muscles does running work? I have started to run on the treadmill whenever I go to the gym. What muscles does running stren

gthen? I am trying to get nicer legs. Thanks! oh, also, is 6.5 mph considered jogging or running? Is there a specific speed that I should run at to make my mile time faster?
