Performing the test for 1 hour is not a part of a test for assessing cardiorespiratory fitness.

Further Explanation:

The cardiorespiratory fitness is a capacity of the cardiovascular system (vessels, heart and lungs) to efficiently supply oxygenated blood to functioning muscles and the muscle which use oxygen. The main parts of cardiovascular fitness are aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

Aerobic exercise is a significant part of cardiorespiratory fitness program. Aerobic exercise programs increase the consumption of oxygen and heart rate. Physical fitness helps us to prevent heart-related problems, lung cancer, stroke, and type II diabetes. Anaerobic exercise allows the breaks down of glucose and provides energy without consuming oxygen. In the short period of time large amount intensity is released in this exercise. It boosts the energy and metabolism. Also, provide high amount of energy and power to the body.

The most accurate method for assessing cardiorespiratory fitness is measuring   max. This method helps in estimating the potential activity of the lungs, heart, and the blood to transport oxygen to the active muscles. It also controls the rate of oxygen consumption by the muscles during physical activity. The estimation of cardirespiratory fitness can be done in short period of time.

diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)

Explanation:

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a recently developed technique that makes use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to analyze the nerve cells anatomy and the neuronal network that is found in the brain.  This technique, an improved version of conventional MRI, was introduced for the first time in 1994 by Peter Joel Basser, who specializes in Healthcare Management, Quantitative Imaging, Brain Imaging and Neuroplasticity.
