The probability that a student is not on probation is (224 - 79)/224 = 145/224.
The probability that a student who is not on probation is not satisfied with advisement is 21/145.
The required probability is therefore given by:
\frac{145}{224}\times\frac{21}{145}=\frac{3}{32}
The answer is 3/32.
