Her sickle cell </span>disease results in low amounts of oxygen in the body where the white blood cells cannot function and protect the immune system.</span>

<span> <span>Moreover, her type I diabetes results in fatigue and exhaustion because the body cannot convert glucose to energy. Lastly, she had urinary tract infection for her body does not have strong immune system against the pathogens causing the problem.  </span></span>
