d(%) = [ (3.40 - 3.90) / 3.90 ] * 100 %
d(%) = [ - 0.50 / 3.90 ] * 100 %
d(%) = - 0.128 * 100 %
d(%) = - 12.8 % (approximately)
So the price fell 12.8 % approximately.
