It would be C because each of the watch cost 99 dollars which is 99x + 84, she only has 1150 and she can’t buy anything over that amount of money. So it would be <=

It would be C because you don’t know how many watches so there is a variable, x. Then the price has to be less then or equal to because the amount is the most she can use so it can’t be greater.
