I know, you have to divide 90 by what ever the length is, then you have to figure out where the points are. So it should be.... D!!!
The "x-intercept" occurs when y=0, because it is at this point that the equation touches the x axis. So if you plug in y=0 into the equation you can solve for the x coordinate.
4x-2(0)-8=0
4x-8=0
4x=8
x=2
So the x-intercept is the point (2,0)
