Answer:

a. he can focus on progression, increasing the intensity and time he spends on the paddleboard.

Explanation:

Using the principle of progression is a great idea for Lucas to be able to increase his physical level before the competition, in a healthy way and without compromising his body and his health.

This is because the progression allows the athlete to gradually increase the level and intensity of their exercises or physical activities, allowing the body to adapt to overcome an increasing effort. In this way the level of physical fitness of the athlete is improved, making this athlete withstand increasingly "heavy" physical activities.

1. How could culture change to make healthier food the norm?
Romashka [77]
1. Consider the fact that media is rapidly growing, many major lifestyles have gained popularity through social media. If more people did this in a positive manner (such as big youtubers, popular instagram accounts) it could change our society
2. Lately, television has been broadcasting more statistics related to unhealthy foods as well as the issues to go with it
3. One example of the stigma presented today is through social media, veganism is more popular than ever and a lot of people have gotten inspired to become vegan because of social media
4. Having a socially acceptable family will most likely increase your safety in the world, you’re not necessarily seen as controversial so you have no one to frown upon your families lifestyles or feel the need to harm you. And another advantage is, if a family is more accepted socially they are most likely to be healthy psychologically because they won’t have to constantly worry about criticism and self identity if they are already accepted.
5. This applies to the dedication of the student as well as their environment, but if the student is in a hard working mindset and at home(with supportive family or no one to distract) most likely they will have less distractions and will be so focused on work they will not consider binge drinking. Where as a student who is in a dorm is around other peers who could distract the student and pressure them into binge drinking.
