Answer:

F = 33.12 N

Explanation:

given,

first force = 15 N is oriented at 58.0° counterclockwise

second force  = (−19.0 N,18.5 N)

x-component of first force = 15 cos 58.0° = 7.95 N

y-component of second force = 15 sin 58.0° = 12.72 N

second component

now,

F netx = 7.95 - 19 = -11.05 N

F nety = 12.72 + 18.5 = 31.22 N

F=\sqrt{(-11.05)^2+31.22^2}

F = 33.12 N

tan \theta = -\dfrac{31.22}{11.05}

θ = -70.51°

Sholpan [36]

Vertical distance h isΔg=\frac{-2GM}{ RE^{3} }

<h3>What is vertical?</h3>
  • The distance between two vertical places is known as the vertical separation or vertical distance. There are numerous ways to express vertical position using vertical coordinates, including depth, height, altitude, elevation, etc.
  • The formula for vertical distance from the ground is y = - g * t2 / 2, where g is the acceleration of gravity and h is a height.
  • The vertical distance between the measurement point and the point of observation on Earth's surface. Altitude is the vertical distance from the measurement place to mean sea level.

Assuming h is small in comparison to the radius of the Earth, show that the difference in free-fall acceleration between two points separated by vertical distance h isΔg = (2GMeH) / RE³:

Given:

Separated between two points=h

And, h∠∠R_{E}           (R_{E}= radius of the Earth)

Now, \frac{dg}{dr} =\frac{-2GM}{ RE^{3} }

dg =\frac{-2GM}{ RE^{3} } dr

Δg=\frac{-2GM}{ RE^{3} }

Therefore, Vertical distance h isΔg=\frac{-2GM}{ RE^{3} }

The acceleration of an object is inversely proportional to its mass, so if you decrease its mass while keeping the net force the
MaRussiya [10]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

Since acceleration is inversely proportional to mass, decreasing mass will make the object lighter, and thus easier to speed up. So acceleration increases as mass decreases and vice versa

The owner of a van installs a rear-window lens that has a focal length of -0.304 m. When the owner looks out through the lens at
Naddika [18.5K]

Answer:

p =-1.03

Explanation:

From the question we are told that:

Focal length of lens f=-0.304 m

Image distance q=0.237 m

Height of image H_i=0.343

Generally the lens equation is mathematically given by

\frac{1}{f}  = \frac{1}{q}  - \frac{1}{p}

Where p is Subject

p =  \frac{(qf) }{(f - q)}

p =  \frac{(-0.237)(-0.304)) }{((-0.304) - (0.237))}

p =-1.03

Therefore the distance between  the person and the car is

p =-1.03
