The correct answer is option A Earth's surface

When the trillion of ice is deposited on the surface of earth, it gets  compressed by the ice. Now when the glacial melting happens this ice melts and the earth rebounces back to its original position. Also the melted ice flow into the sea and river and raises the sea and ocean level.

Answer:

A. Earth's surface

Explanation:

Increased level of greenhouse gases in air has disturbed the earth's energy balance. Increased global temperature of earth due to green house gases has caused melting of glacial. The resultant increased water level in water bodies is submerging the areas in vicinity of coast. The more earth surface is covered with water since small amount of rainfall causes flooding.

Sonja [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is "preservation of wetlands".

Explanation:

Wetland are areas of lands that are saturated with water, usually comprised by marshes or swamps. Preservation of wetlands help to reduce the risk of floods because wetlands temporarily store and slow the release of stormwater. It has been reported that areas where wetland have been lost, the chances of flood increases by as much as 80 percent. The government of a flood-prone region would likely reduce the risk of floods by preserving its wetlands.

Why does incomplete dominance not support the blending theory of inheritance?
Nookie1986 [14]
Incomplete dominance can happen in flowers such as snap dragons where a red flower plant and a white flower plant have an offspring that is neither red nor white but is a mix so in this case it would be pink. It does not support the blending theory as it does not get its colour from the dominant plant in this case but from both.
