ANSWER

The domain of the function is

- 3 \leqslant x \leqslant 6

or

[-3,6]

EXPLANATION

The domain of a function refers to the values of x for which the function is defined.

From the graph, we can see that the function begins at (-3,6) and ends at (6,-4).

Therefore the function is defined for x=-3 to x=6.

Hence the domain of the function is

- 3 \leqslant x \leqslant 6

or

[-3,6]

Answer: An equality the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities. Terms A common technique for simplifying algebraic expressions. When combining like terms, such as 2x and 3x, we add their coefficients. For example, 2x + 3x = (2+3)x = 5x. The distributive property It is used to solve expressions easily by distributing a number to the numbers given in brackets. For example, if we apply the distributive property of multiplication to solve the expression: 4(2 + 4), we would solve it in the following way: 4(2 + 4) = (4 × 2) + (4 × 4) = 8 + 16 = 24. Two step equations that have decimals and fractions as the coefficient of the variable and constant term are said to be two step equations with decimals and fractions. A few examples of two step equations with fractions and decimals are: 0.3 x + 2/3 = 1. 3x - 0.5 = 1.2.

Anyone know how the graph is suppose to go?
zheka24 [161]
Remark
You have given the second best answer. Your answer is |x|<1. You should have open circles at 1 and - 1.

Solution
I have enclosed a graph that is not a number line. You could confine yourself to a number line just by tracing out the blue solution (which is the answer you want)

The red solution is what you did.
The blue solution does not include x = 1 nor does it include x = - 1. The number line would show 1 < x < ∞ and  -∞ < x < -1
