These are the values in Greta’s data set. (2, 43), (3, 46), (4,61), (6, 70), (7,74) Greta determined the equation of a linear re

gression line, and determined that these are the predicted values. (2, 43), (3, 50), (4,56), (6, 69), (7,76) Use the point tool to graph the residual plot for the data set.

Okay, i'm pretty sure that if you make a residual plot its a plot using all those points labeled. So plot those points on a graph, if you are using a K12 diagram use the 1-10 as 100-1000 (basically add a zero to every number)

Experimental data are collected as:
aliina [53]

Answer:

y = 1.00114x + 1.75243

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

The x and y values

Required

The regression line equation

Because of the length of the given data, I will run the analysis using online tools, then analyze the result.

From the analysis, we have:

\sum x = 5050

\sum y = 5231.1011

\bar x = 50.5

\bar y = 52.311

SSX = 83325 --- Sum of squares

SP = 83419.7626 --- Sum of products

The regression equation is calculated as:

y = ax + b

Where:

a = \frac{SP}{SSX}

So, we have:

a = \frac{83419.76}{83325}

a = 1.00114

b = \bar y - a * \bar x

b = 52.31 - (1.00114*50.5)

b = 1.75243

So:

y = ax + b becomes

y = 1.00114x + 1.75243

Segment CD has point E located on it such that CE:ED = 3:5. If the endpoints are located at C(5, -6) and D(11,18) then what are
wlad13 [49]

Answer:

E(29/4,3)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

Segment CD has point E located on it such that CE:ED = 3:5

The coordinates of C and D are (5, -6) and (11,18) respectively.

We need to find the coordinates of E. Let the coordinates are (x,y). Using section formula to find it as follows :

(x,y)=(\dfrac{m_1x_2+m_2x_1}{m_1+m_2},\dfrac{m_1y_2+m_2y_1}{m_1+m_2})\\\\(x,y)=(\dfrac{3(11)+5(5)}{3+5},\dfrac{3(18)+5(-6)}{3+5})\\\\=\dfrac{29}{4},3

So, the coordinates of E are (29/4,3).

Can u plz help me i don't get it
marishachu [46]

Answer:

w=9x+4

Step-by-step explanation:

2(3x-3+w)=12x+2

6x-6+2w=12x+2

subtract 6x for both sides

-6+2w=18x+2

add 6 for both sides

2w=18x+8

Divide by 2 to find w

w=9x+4

Art [367]
So you want to make it: total distance (d) = rate (r) × total time (t), solving for r: r = d / t
r = (420mi) / (3h+214h), r = 420mi / 217h
r = 1.935mi/h = 1.94mi/h
