For 1, you need to convert the blank spaces into either feet or inches (the top spaces will be feet and the bottom spaces will be inches).

2 is the same thing, except the top blank spaces will be inches and the bottom spaces will be feet. A ratio is a fancy word for fraction, in this case: inches over feet. To find what each ratio is equal to, divide the top number by the bottom number of each ratio, and that is your answer.

3 is also simple. Try not to overthink it! Make the equation y=. So, you want it to look like inches=a number of feet * feet. This is just what you use to convert feet to inches, if that makes better sense.
