Answer:

fiber

Explanation:

Fibers are complex vegetable carbohydrates present in grains, vegetables, fruits and vegetables that are not digested by our body, pass almost intact through the digestive system and end up being eliminated by faeces.

Complex carbohydrates, also called low glycemic carbohydrates, have a complex chemical structure and are present in foods rich in other nutrients and fiber, which slow down the digestion and absorption of glucose.

Thus, blood glucose does not rise at once and the body can go on using this food as a source of energy for a long period of time without having to convert any excess into fat.

Fibers and Starches are complex carbohydrates or complex chains of sugars that are used to store energy in plants. Plants also create some simple sugars that they will use for primary energy like Sucrose and Fructose.

Us humans use Glycogen as a complex carbohydrate to store energy in case of starvation, and we use glucose as a simple carbohydrate.

Answer:

Sure Thing!

Explanation:

Basketball is a team game and each member must have certain individual skills and techniques. If you want to be part of a winning team, you have to put in a certain effort, making sure that you have improved your abilities, practicing the techniques, as well as cooperating with your coach in understanding and developing the group's tactics.

Happen

A vital skill in basketball is being able to pass the ball. This can be practiced by throwing the ball between you and your teammates. But you won't win games doing just this. You also have to practice the techniques of dodging, of blocking a player from the opposing team and being able to develop a connection with other players so that they have a good idea in advance of where you are going to pass. This skill can be successful and should be the main focus of your passing practice sessions. The best development of these techniques is the false pass that fools your opponents, but not your teammates.

Interception

Other important techniques to develop are those that prevent an interception from your opponents. An incisor almost always leads to a scoring opportunity, as it finds the opposing team poorly positioned. One way to practice offensive and defensive interceptions is to have two players on one side of a line and one player a little further away on the other side. The latter is the interceptor who will try to get the ball, while the others will move passing the ball.

Offensive team tactics

One method of developing an attacking strategy is to place cones around the goal circle at intervals of approximately 1 yard (0.9 m). One of the team members practices moving around the 8-shaped cones and is joined by another player doing the same. A ball is thrown in and the two players pass it to each other in various ways, such as chest passes and bouncing. Introduce a defender, in doing so, the attackers must avoid it, as well as maintain their movements and passes. Remove the cones and rotate the players.

Defensive team tactics

As a coach, you should consider the relative merits of the zonal or one-on-one brand. In the first, each player marks a space on the court and is responsible for defending it against anyone who approaches. This is good for interception, but it can mean giving up more of the opponents' possessions. By scoring one by one, the team will have a tighter defense and less flexibility to fight the attacking game.
