Two properties of an electron that Robert Millikan determine are as follows:

1. Charge carried by the electron

2. Mass of the electron.

Robert Millikan's oil drop experiment was performed to find out the charge on an electron. As charge to mass ratio that was determined by J.J. Thomson , was known so he was then able to determine the the mass of an electron.
