r landlord requires that you purchase Liability insurance, but he will pay 20% of the cost if you buy both Liability and Contents insurance. If you buy both at the same time the cost is $45 per month. What is the cost to you per month if you buy both and take advantage of the landlord's offer?

I believe that it would just be 20% of the $45 which would mean that you would have to pay $36 a month.
