Answer:

1500-40%= 900

1500-25%= 1125

1500-10%=1350

640-25%= 480

640-10%=576

$640-5%=608

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to calculate this you just need to mutliply the cost of the products by the amount that is not in disscount, for example the 1500 product has a disscount of 25% that means that the final cost will be 75% so 1500+.75=1125 and taht would be the cost.

The same with all of the other prices,  you taje the original price and multiply it by the decimal final percentage price, and you get the final price.

Rich measured the height of a desk to be 80.7 cm. The actual height of the desk is 80 cm. What is Rich's percent error in this c
Hitman42 [59]

Answer:

0.9%

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given that Rich measured the height of a desk to be 80.7 cm. The actual height of the desk is 80 cm.

We will use percentage error formula to solve our given problem.

\text{Percentage error}=\frac{\text{Experimental value-Actual value }}{\text{Actual actual}}\times 100

\text{Percentage error}=\frac{80.7-80}{80}\times 100

\text{Percentage error}=\frac{0.7}{80}\times 100

\text{Percentage error}=0.00875\times 100

\text{Percentage error}=0.875\approx 0.9

Therefore, Rich's percent error in calculation is 0.9%.

How would I solve this equation?
Assoli18 [71]
2(7/2)^x = 49/2

Divide both sides by 2:

(7/2)^x = 49/4

I notice that 49/4 can be rewritten as (7/2)^2, so we now have:

(7/2)^x = (7/2)^2

The only way for this to be true is if x = 2.  Thus, we are done.

Use properties of limits and algebraic methods to find the limit, if it exists. (If the limit is infinite, enter '[infinity]' or
soldi70 [24.7K]

Answer:

The limit of this function does not exist.

Step-by-step explanation:

\lim_{x \to 3} f(x)

f(x)=\left \{ {{9-3x} \quad if \>{x \>< \>3} \atop {x^{2}-x }\quad if \>{x\ \geq \>3 }} \right.

To find the limit of this function you always need to evaluate the one-sided limits. In mathematical language the limit exists if

\lim_{x \to a^{-}} f(x) = \lim_{x \to a^{+}} f(x) =L

and the limit does not exist if

\lim_{x \to a^{-}} f(x) \neq \lim_{x \to a^{+}} f(x)

Evaluate the one-sided limits.

The left-hand limit

\lim_{x \to 3^{-} } 9-3x= \lim_{x \to 3^{-} } 9-3*3=0

The right-hand limit

\lim_{x \to 3^{+} } x^{2} -x= \lim_{x \to 3^{+} } 3^{2}-3 =6

Because the limits are not the same the limit does not exist.
