The depth of the CPR should be at least 2 inches or 5 cm.

The recommended guidelines for CPR in an adult patient would be 100-120 compression per minute with 2-2.4 inches depth. Make sure that the chest has fully recoiled in each compression. Lower depth will decrease the efficiency while deeper depth will cause a higher risk of complication

What is meant by basal level transcription?
IRISSAK [1]
Basal level transcription is the transcription of genes necessary for some basal functions of the cell (cell respiration, cell metabolism, etc). This basal level transcription is characteristic for every cell in the organism - brain cells, liver cells, muscle cells, etc. It is important that every basal function of each cell in the organism remains same and in the homeostasis. Transcription of genes other from those important for basal functions occurs in tissue-specific, time-specific manner.

Which factor is a major cause of the changes that
slamgirl [31]

The changes that occur during puberty are mostly a result of changes in hormone levels in the body.

Puberty

The transition from a child to an adult is caused by changes in the level of some hormones in the body.

In females, there is an increase in follicle-stimulating hormones as well as luteinizing hormones, leading to an increase in the production of progesterone.

In males, there is an increase in the production of testosterone hormone among many other hormones.

Both progesterone and testosterone are responsible for the development of physical features in females and males respectively.
