Carlos has decided to go on a diet to bulk up. He wants to eat at least 350 grams of carbohydrates a day and at least 224 grams

of protein a day. He wants to eat no more than 70 grams of fat a day. Since Sasha is just eating diet packs at home he has looked into two brands of packs for bulking up.
Bodybuilding Fast which has 140 grams of carbohydrates, 41 grams of protein, and 11 grams of fat in each pack.

Bulking Up which has 70 grams of carbohydrates, 67 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fat in each pack.
