The distinction between flexible and fixed individual differences is that managers have little or no impact on fixed differences. Fixed differences in this case are often differences where the person who exhibits a certain characteristic is also the person who won't be changing them so soon. And this is a thing where managers have little say over it.

The differentiation among flexible and fixed individual contrasts is that directors have practically no effect on fixed contrasts. Fixed contrasts for this situation are regularly contrasts where the individual who displays a specific trademark is likewise the individual who won't transform them.

Further Explanation:

Flexible individual:

A flexible is a character attribute that depicts the degree to which an individual can adapt to changes in conditions and consider issues and errands in novel, innovative ways. This characteristic is utilized when stressors or surprising occasions happen, requiring a person to change their position, standpoint, or duty.
