f(x)=\dfrac{1}{b-a}\int_a^xdy
Using the given values: a=8,b=12, w get:
P(13\leq X\leq15)=\dfrac{1}{12-8}\int_{13}^{15}dy\\
=\dfrac{1}{12-8}*0=0
the probability is zero then.
