When walking at a fast pace, the best form can be attained through keeping the right posture, having your arms at your side, making smaller strides, moving forward with your toes, tightening the abs and butt while walking  and making it fun and enjoyable by using a good pair of sports shoe.

8. Activities that promote effective stress management are getting proper sleep, sticking to fitness routines and talking about problems. Activities that help to deal with stress tend to give an understanding of how to handle stress. For example, seeking help from friends will work best because the individual will share his emotions with others and in the process reduce the emotional burden in the mind and heart.

2) Listen to your favorite music. Listening to your favorite music can keep you motivated. Most people that use music to reach their goals have a high chance of getting through. Music basically inspires you to keep pushing along.

3) Rewards. When you are trying to finish a task/goal the best thing to do is set up an reward for you earn for getting through. So when you finish your task/goal you can reward yourself with food/candy/or whatever you'd like.
