By graphing it, oddly enough... you can just make a table of values and graph that, bear in mind that a LINEAR function is just a LINE, and to graph a line, all you need is two points. *Unless you have a specific function in mind.

Match the mean median mode and range for the data set below 16 9 20 10 12 6 8 15
blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

12 is mean     11 is median     range is 14

Step-by-step explanation:

For the Mean

Add all the numbers up

16 + 9 + 20 + 10 =55

12 + 6 + 8 + 15 = 41

55 + 41 = 96

There are 8 numbers so we divide by 8

96/8 = 12

Range is Smallest number minus biggest so 20 - 6 = 14

In a bag of 100 marbles comprised of many colors, 25 are blue. suppose marbles are selected at random.
satela [25.4K]

Solution: The number of ways we can arrange 3 blue marbles if a set of 5 marbles is selected is:

\binom{5}{3}=\frac{5!}{(5-3)!3!}

                          =\frac{120}{2 \times 6}

                          =\frac{120}{12}=10

Therefore, there are 10 ways we could arrange 3 blue marbles.

Find the total cost for a $30 bat;15% discount
noname [10]
An item that costs $30, when discounted 15 percent, will cost $25.5. The easiest way of calculating discount is, in this case, to multiply the normal price $30 by 15 then divide it by one hundred. So, the discount is equal to $4.5. To calculate the sales price, simply deduct the discount of $4.5 from the original price $30 then get $25.5 as the sales price.
