The three decimals that Mrs. Ibara wote were
4.15, 6.30 and 8.45
Now we have to find the other two numbers that are kept blank.
For this purpose, firstly we have to subtract the first 2 decimal numbers and find out the difference.
6.30 - 4.15 = 2.15
Now let us check the difference between the second and the third decimals.
8.45 - 6.30 = 2.15
So the difference is again the same. Then the fourth number will be
8.45 + 2.15 = 10.6
The fifth number will be
10.6 + 2.15 = 12.75
The blank spaces will be 10.6 and 12.75.

Rita has a circular hot tub. the hot tub has a circumference of 25.12 feet. it is 3.5 feet deep.
natta225 [31]

Volume is a three-dimensional scalar quantity. The amount of water that the tub can hold is 4,981.75 litres.

What is volume?

A volume is a scalar number that expresses the amount of three-dimensional space enclosed by a closed surface.

Given the circumference of the tub is 25.12 feet, therefore, the radius of the circumference of the tub will be,

Circumference = 2πr

25.12 = 2×π×r

r = 3.9979ft ≈ 4ft

Now, the volume of the tub will be,

Volume = πr²h = π×(4²)×3.5 = 175.929 ft³

Since 1 ft³ is equal to 28.3168 litres, therefore, the amount of water that a tub can store is

Volume of water = 175 × 28.3168 = 4,981.75 litres

Hence, the amount of water that the tub can hold is 4,981.75 litres.

snow_lady [41]
Close. The answer is 40. 1 gallon of paint covers 300 square feet. Square feet is the units of area. So you are provided with the dimensions of the rectangle. 20 X 600. When you multiply that you get 12000. 12000 divides by 300 is 40.
