While I wouldn't say symptom more major risk factor... PID or pelvic inflammatory disease is any infection, that has spread to the upper reproductive tract; the Ovaries, Uterus, and Fallopian tubes. This infection depending on how long and severe it is can cause scarring or fibrosis of the tract. If this happens women are at extreme risk of ectopic pregnancies (eggs that attach to a place that isn't the uterus) or infertility, mainly because connection with the uterus can't or is obstructed. Additionally chronic pelvic pain is also a very real circumstance, of an risk factor. The acute symptoms however do include extreme pain (acute), and painful urination.

Briefly describe a situation which a risk is worth taking and explain why
AlexFokin [52]

In a situation, for example, if someone(s) is in a cano or small boat, and the waves hit the boat and it knocks over. You should risk calling the police, or taking a risk to jump in the water and rescue the people that are in there. Two heads are better then one, don't you suppose? Or when you are in school, and someone is bullying the other person, take a risk to stand up for them !

madreJ [45]

Answer:

In this scenario, the green light is a(n) signal.

Explanation:

In the above scenario, with time, the pigeon has learnt that he will be rewarded only when the green light is on. Such a condition is known as learned behaviour. In the future, the pigeon will only peck the button when the green light is on because he will know that he will be rewarded for pecking the button only when the green light is on. Hence, the green light is the signal for the pigeon to start pecking the button.
