2 fractions which are equivalent to 3/60 are: 6/120 and 9/180.

To find equivalent fractions, you have to multiply the numerator and denominator by the same number.

So, to find 2 equivalent fractions of 3/60,

multiply 3 by 2 and 60 by 2.

You get 6/120.

Now, again multiply 3/60 by another number. Let's choose 3.

multiply 3 by 3 and 60 by 3.

You get 9/180.

Hope it helps

Well, theres actually a lot of fractions equivalent to 3/60 but if you only need 2 examples is pretty simple, you choose a random number and then you multiply 3 and 60 by the same number, for example

3* 10 = 30
60* 10 = 600 so 30/600 is equivalent to 3/60
second example

3* 4 = 12
60* 4 = 240 so 12/240 is equivalent to 3/60 and also 30/600, that´s it, i hope i helped you if i did, be sure to mark me as thankful, and please mark me as the best answer it would help me a lot

Which of the following are solutions to the equation below? Check all that apply. 4x2 - 12x + 9 = 5
Anika [276]

Step-by-step explanation:

4x² - 12x + 9 = 5 → 4x² - 12x + 4 = 0 → x² - 3x + 1 = 0

∆ = b² - 4ac → ∆ = (-3)² -4(1)(1) = 9 - 4 = 5

x = (-(-3) ± √5)/2(1) = (3 ± √5)/2

x² - 3x + 1 = 0 → (x - 3/2)² - 9/4 + 1 = 0 → (x - 3/2)² = 5/4 → x - 3/2 = ±√5 / 2 → x = ½( 3 ± √5)

What is the area of this parallelogram?

28 m²

56 m²

84 m²

120 m²
svetlana [45]

Answer:

84 m² is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

first, split the parallelogram into three shapes: the two triangles on either side of the shape, and the rectangle in the middle.

the formula for the area of a triangle is base x height / 2. all of the measures are indicated in the picture so that means that 4 x 7 / 2 = 14. since there are two triangles, add 14 + 14 = 28.

then, find the area of the rectangle. the area of a rectangle is length x width. 8 x 7 = 56.

56 + 28 = 84.
