The rule is add 1/6 because 1/3=2/6,and 1/2=3/6. 2/3=4/6 so the next terms are 5/6 and one whole. Hope this helps.

Well when you convert the numbers you will get 3 2/6  3 3/6 and 3 4/6 so you can put 3 5/6 an 4

Also, I did not know if you put a 3 there by mistake so Sorry if this is wrong

after 3 weeks a corn plant is 2 ft tall after 9 weeks the plant is 8 ft tall write an equation that represents the height Y in f
spayn [35]

Answer:

The equation would be y = x - 1

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to find the equation of the line, we first can express the two sets of data as an ordered pair. The two ordered pairs would be (3, 2) and (9, 8). Now that we have these, we can use the slope formula to find the slope.

m (slope) = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

m = (8 - 2)/(9 - 3)

m = 6/6

m = 1

Now that we have the slope, we can use either point and point slope form to get the equation.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 2 = 1(x - 3)

y - 2 = x - 3

y = x - 1

7. What's the sum of 2/5 and 2/4?
NISA [10]

Step-by-step explanation:

2/5+2/4 (find common denominator)

The common denominator is 20

2/5 is 8/20 (multiply by 4)

2/4 is 10/20 (multiply by 5)

8/20+10/20 is 18/20

If you simplify 18/20 this would by 9/10 if you divide by 2

so the total is 18/20 or 9/10 simplified

Hope this helps!!!!

Have a nice day :)
