What can a person do to prevent barriers to exercise? Select THREE options.

Health

The best three options are:

2) understand myths about working out

3) look for inexpensive classes in the area

4) take a physical education course at school

All other options create barriers rather that prevent them. Many people are afraid or wary of exercising because of inaccurate information they have received in the past. Once they know what are myths and what is fact then they can decide for themselves what type of exercise to pursue. Inexpensive classes are very useful as many people cannot afford to take up many types of exercise classes or sign up for membership to a gym. Doing some investigation in your area might prove successful for a cheap class or way of exercising. By taking a physical education class at school you can get a taste for exercise and physical activity and find out what it involves and make up your mind about whether or not to continue.

You are more likely to have a good mental health and emotional health
Kay [80]

Answer:

YES, i answer ur other one but there the same so i guessed i answered it did i?

Explanation:

This is because people with mental health conditions are less likely to receive the physical healthcare they're entitled to. Mental health service users are statistically less likely to receive the routine checks (like blood pressure, weight and cholesterol) that might detect symptoms of these physical health conditions earlier. They are also not as likely to be offered help to give up smoking, reduce alcohol consumption and make positive adjustments to their diet.
