What can a person do to prevent barriers to exercise? Select THREE options.

Health

The best three options are:

2) understand myths about working out

3) look for inexpensive classes in the area

4) take a physical education course at school

All other options create barriers rather that prevent them. Many people are afraid or wary of exercising because of inaccurate information they have received in the past. Once they know what are myths and what is fact then they can decide for themselves what type of exercise to pursue. Inexpensive classes are very useful as many people cannot afford to take up many types of exercise classes or sign up for membership to a gym. Doing some investigation in your area might prove successful for a cheap class or way of exercising. By taking a physical education class at school you can get a taste for exercise and physical activity and find out what it involves and make up your mind about whether or not to continue.

Explanation:

°° essay about your significant learnings sa mental health °°

One way to think about mental health is to look at how effectively and successfully does a person acts. So, there are factors such as feeling competent, capable, able to handle the normal stress levels, maintaining satisfying relationships and also leading an independent life. Also, this includes recovering from difficult situations and being able to bounce back.

Important Benefits of Good Mental Health

Mental health is related to the personality as a whole of that person. Thus, the most important function of school and education is to safeguard the mental health of boys and girls. Physical fitness is not the only measure of good health alone. Rather it’s just a means of promoting mental as well as moral health of the child. The two main factors that affect the most are feeling of inferiority and insecurity. Thus, it affects the child the most. So, they lose self-initiative and confidence. This should be avoided and children should be constantly encouraged to believe in themselves.

"Which healthcare professional is typically a secondary care provider?
maks197457 [2]
The healthcare professional who is typically a secondary care provider is C. a dermatologist.
Primary care providers are those whom you go to first - so, you first see the doctor (physician) and his assistant/nurse, who then refer you to a specialist - a physician is usually a GP, which means that here the only specialist is a dermatologist who specializes in skin problems.
