The correct answer is supernatural activities, mostly demons and witches. People who were insane or had various forms of madness were considered to be working with demons or practicing witchcraft so they were often imprisoned or punished or priests would try to exorcise the demons out of them.

Germans were skilled farmers and during the 18th and 19th century, with the Industrial Revolution changing the economy of many Germany states from agricultural to manufacturing industries, they emigrated to the United States. Hearing of the North America's farmland, they brought their farmer skills mostly to the midwest helping to make prosper the local agriculture.  

Germans used their knowledges to prosper in a foreing land and many of them became businessmen and buildt beer breweries alongside with agriculture.

I'm a capitalist myself i can tell you the facts, 

one OPPOSING view point to capitalism is if there is no regulations for businesses people think that CEO's can overwork union workers and give them lower wages without any punishment.

A SUPPORTING view point to capitalism is that with fewer restrictions there is more opportunity for individual success and profit for business.
