Eating disorders can be caused by stress, depression, and just the love of food period. In order to snap out of it, you can got to therapy, exercise, or go on a diet. Hope this helped.

Eating disorders can be prevented by not working out loosing weight so people dont bully you or wear makeup dont sit on the couch all day umm maybe eat a salad once in a while
