Answer: Two column proof.

Explanation :

A two-column proof is one common way to organize a proof in geometry.Two-column proof always has two columns where one for statements and one for reasons.

Here,

\angle ABC is a right angle and \angle DBC is a straight angle(180^{\circ}) .    (given)

Therefore, \angle ABD  must be right angle. ( because, \angle ABD=\angle DBC-\angle ABC= 180^{\circ}-90^{\circ}=90^{\circ})

Which is the required proof.

Since, In the above proof both statements and reasons both mentioned, therefore, it is the two column proof.

Note: We can also make a table which consist of two columns, in first we can mention 'statements' while in second column we can mention 'reasons'.

Annual sales for a company are $125,000 and are increasing at a rate of 8% per year. Use an exponential function to find the ann
xxTIMURxx [149]

Answer:

sales after 5 years is $183666

Step-by-step explanation:

exponential function standard form:

a=P(1+r)^t

where p=principal(starting amount)(125,000)

r=rate of change(0.08)

t=time(5)

so

a=125,000(1+0.08)^5

a=125,000(1.08)^5

a=125,000(1.46)

a=183666

You have to place 1 on the y-axis to get (0,1) and then go down 2 from that point and right 3 and continue to do so until you have enough point. Then from (0,1) you have to go up 2 left three until you have enough points. Once you have done this you connect all the points together and that is your answer.
I hope this helps!
