President Warren G. Harding was best remembered for the "return to normalcy". This is in reference to getting back to "where it was" after World War I; which was his campaign promise when running for President of the United States in 1920 presidential election.

His direct quote was this: "America's present need is not heroics, but healing; not nostrums, but normalcy; not revolution, but restoration; not agitation, but adjustment; not surgery, but serenity; not the dramatic, but the dispassionate; not experiment, but equipoise; not submergence in internationality, but sustainment in triumphant nationality." How did civilization evolve from the river valley time period to the end of the classical era?
Kazeer [188]

Answer: Life has always been tied to water.

Explanation:

Thus, the world's oldest civilizations have just emerged in territories where there was enough water. For example, we can take the Euphrates and Tigris as the rivers on which culture was born. Egyptian civilization was also born thanks to the Nile River.

Water primarily provided man with a source of drinking water, thanks to the water, a man was able to satisfy his hygienic injuries. The water also provided him with the opportunity to irrigate his crops and to water his cattle. Thus, thanks to nature, man developed his original habitats. Over time, man evolved, and "domesticated" water and life, and a more complex irrigation system was designed.
