Answer:1)Manure is made up of natural substance to improve plant growth  like animal droppings while fertilizers are made up of chemicals and some unknown substances to improve plant growth.  2)Manure are insoluble or does not dissolve in water but fertilizers are soluble and dissolve in water.  3)Manure is not that rich in plant nutrients but fertilizer is very rich in plant nutrients.
