The charge for 1807 indictment was a charge of treason. The man who was charged with treason was referred to as Aaron Burr.

In 1807 Burr tried in treason reason being stood on trial and alleged conspiracy in the the Richmond in Virginia.

Due to lack of evidence of treason he was acquitted. General Wilkinson accused to treason. Burr was an American politician and third vice president in the United States whereby he shot his arrival.

Burr's interpretation was that he planned to farm 40,000 acres (160 sq. Km) in the Texas Territory which had been chartered to him by the Spanish Crown.

President Thomas Jefferson commanded Burr restrained and charged for sedition, notwithstanding a lack of firm proof. Burr's true purposes continue to be unclear to archaeologists, some allege that he expected to take parts of Texas and Louisiana for himself, others, that he denoted to overcome Mexico and yet others, that he intended to capture most of the North American landmass.
